It's called <p>"Permission"<p>For 4 turns, it tech enables non tech using people/items to use techs.<p>I had Vivianna cast it on me, and Saligun was tech worthy. I was able to use 3 techs!<p>if I can only get a card.. My Saligun tech deck would rock!

I have a couple... they're not very rare. I never use them, though, seeing that cards with high technique power are infinitely more efficient.<br>

Well, it's more effective with low-cost monsters than with the Hunters...mainly effective as a suprise attack, which could be made potent in a team deck.

and really, tech cards are hard to block against with the nature of the lower dice going to defense.<p>Usually, only a dodge can be used.. Resist or Protection if you're lucky. But that is for 1 attack, 3 tech attacks is deadly.,

Just use Lock on Two.<p>Siren, you have a valid point, I'll have to try that.<p>I prefer Canadines with Attack=6 though.
