I never posted, or even looked at the Bored post, but theres one thing I can say. This has obviously gone way too far. What happened to discussing, it seems to have turned into argueing.

To begin with, I wish to say: LOL. My true deepest apologies, but I MUST say: LOL!<br>During many years of being a webmaster and the years of administrating a discussion board, I have never seen, or even heard of something as ridiculous as this. OMG!! This is so ridiculous so I actually had to introduce one of my friends through MSN to view this issue and have a great laugh. I c-a-n n-o-t believe(!) that the "bored" thing is still rolling.<p>Please let me inform this another time for everyones pleasure: the "bored" post is closed.. then you might ask me.... hmmmmm... why..? Was it "rigged"? Is there an conspiracy behind it? Oh yes, it was definitely rigged, and yes, the cigarette smoking man was sitting behind the laptop planning it all out, and my name is Fox Mulder. (/SARCASM) The post is gone. It will not come back. If you can't work it out for yourself and need a proper explanation, then PM me or.. heck, you can even mail me for once.<p>Arkhan, if you need help with finding a forum where you are allowed to post a topic like the "bored" one, then gezz, I'll be glad to help you finding it.<p>And in respond to ghost_stalker.. he was not banned because he wanted the "bored" post to be active, it was because of several rulebreakes. And speaking of banning, I consider myself of being an open admin, not someone that goes and bans everyone for a simple rule break. I mean hey, if I recall, ghost_stalker is one of VERY few people who have been banned from this forum (besides the SPAMers), and I mean: very few.<br>Many people have said that the PS Cave forums are very open and the posts usually goes from here to there. That is the way I like it, and I'm sure many of the board members find it alright too. I'm positive that if I'm going to close every post that goes a little off topic and ban every person who uses the slightest bad language - then expect the boards to be empty in no time.<p>Now, thank you guys for giving me a great laugh this morning (the time is 04:26 AM in Sweden). I guess I'll attempt to get yet another thread back on topic. This is getting tiring. Thank you Missagh for your intervention of sorts. Now...<p>Benoit (and whoever else gets loads of spam): what email sever do you use? I don't get more then maybe 5 spam messages a day, and they're mostly surveys/petitions - oh and did I mention that it helps if you tell the electronic registration form that you're over 65 and retired? Also, it helps if you constantly clean out your temp files and history.

I use Gawab for my personal mail. It has a sort of filter that gets SPAM to a separate, webmail-only folder. But it sometimes gets mails that aren't SPAM in there too, often when it's someone mailing me for the first time.<p>Hotmail is a different story. I use it to sign up at various trivial things, and to give to people I don't know that well yet. I get a lot of SPAM on it, but most of it ends up in the special folder for it. Nevertheless, it does count towards my inbox space, which has been almost full more than once now. So I chose to have the SPAM deleted automatically. It has never filed normal mails as SPAM.

Gmail is excellent. I never get SPAM. Hotmail... er, that's a different story.

Hotmail, AOL, and Yahoo are horrible. I have an MSN account, and that stays pretty clean. Another good server is email.com - or so my friend tells me. I have yet to find a server I like better than MSN though.

Was I the only one? I got an e-mail saying something like "do not reply to the posts of SPAMers" . It said To forum member, so I assumed I wasn't the only one. But maybe I was. Hm.
