Yeah, I had a good time. It was more of a party than a prom, though, but I knew that beforehand. It took a while before I had fun, since this was the first time I've ever been on something like this. I didn't know how to behave or to dance. But in the end it worked out.

My mom waited 20 minutes for me... I was out a bit late, after asking the time. Heh. ^_^;

I think I'll also come next year. This year was special though, because it's the 100th year of my school's existence.

And now I'll have to sleep... Zzzz

When there are large gatherings (like the sort of thing that you went to) I usually cause grief for the chaperones, which consumes my time. Heh, well, some of the time. Of course, all the dances at my school are boring and lame, so that's justification. And they never play the music that I like!
I've never been to a prom, though. Did you have to dress formally?

Yes, usually it me and Laconian Shot and a few friends who cause general havoc at a dance. I think we scare people...

My school has had some pretty wild dances. One year someone brought some rum and the other year a bunch of people were carrying knives. By chance, one of those people was my friend, who made the make of showing it. People hate my friend because he's a bit odd, so they made it look like he pulled it on someone, which he didn't do. It's weird how people will ignore the truth and believe a lie in order to hurt someone...

I thought about goin to my school's prom, but I changed my mind. I thought, "I'll have nothing to do with a school that's gonna give me crap."

Lord Khyron's high school was 85 percent black/hispanic. My senior prom in 1998 was a big mistake.

It was nothing but non stop rap music, Grinding rap music where the only dancing going on was moving like you were screwing something on the dance floor.

The 40 or so white people that showed up, 34 of them left to go get laid in a motel and drink. My date and I were the last 6 there and we stuck it out. Since I was one of the best known, Everyone greeted me.

No slow songs, No dance songs, Nothing but hardcore rap. And we're talking Gangsta Rap most of the night. You try to slow dance to some gangsta rap and see what happens...

It was the worst experience I have ever had, I regret spending the money on it.

I also regret not going to get laid like everyone else, That woulda been fun at least. She was cute too.. Damn my morals, Why oh why?! LOL

Prom is not supposed to be about talking the whole night because you can't dance, No it's about enjoying dancing with your date. My date was stupid, so really it was a conversation with my former best friends Sean and Bobby. She just giggled and nodded and laid her head on my shoulder.

Talk about a boring night.. x.x why they are no longer my friends, Will come another time.

I hated my prom and I wished the school had been mostly white. Because then we woulda had some slow songs.

Our Homecoming dance was run by the white people and we had good songs and slow songs!

The black people can the prom and it sucked. This is from my experience and it pissed me off.

I wish I had had a decent prom..

P.S. My Graduating class had about 1300 people in it.

I said the same thing about home comming. Almost the same thing, except it was for Freshmen and Sophomores only. It was another thing I refused.

I'm happy such things don't exist in Italy!
It's stupid: parties are for friends not for class mates.
When we spent few days in Paris, my teachers forced me to go to a discoteque together with my class...I still fell a deep desire to destroy them for making me feel so bad.

Khyron, I would hate listening to Gangsta Rap all night long. I can't even stand it for 5 minutes, let alone 2 or 3 hours (maybe more). That sounds like it would be horribly boring. I would leave within the first hour and, um...wreck something. :p
