ARGH!! Eye infection!!

It came back! That's the third time this month! !@#$ I don't understand! When I killed my cold, I got an eye infection. Then I killed it. Then it back, and I killed it again. Yet it came back for a THIRD time! I tried eye drops, and it only helps for a few hours. !@#$ <p>Advice, anybody???

See an optomitrist. Either that, or take better care of your eyes...tell me, do you have contact lenses?

Describe what is wrong with the eye. An infection wont help as a discription.

Well, my eye is blood red in the center. It hurts leaving it open. It hurts even more blinking. I don't know what to do.<p>LS: No. I don't wear contacts. That's how my sister got her eyes hurt.

Its probably not an infection at all. If you sit in front of your computer for too long your eyes will become stressed. They become bloodshot, sore, and occasionally teary. It happens to me all the time.<p>Just lay off the computer for a little while.<p>If that doesnt help maybe you do have some kind of infection.

How many hours a day do you spend on your computer?<p>Also is there any crud in your eyes?

Ummm, sometimes 2-3. I go away occasionally to take a rest.<p>I don't think so

Well then its not stress on your eye from the computer. that takes about 6 hours.<p>And for not having anything in your eye, well I dont know what kinda of infection it could be, all the eye infections ive gotten had slimy crud build up in my eye.<p>Maybe you need glasses and not having them is stressing your eyes.
