My opinion of PSOW is that they have a great database of weapons and such, and guides that are good most of the time.
But the powers that be and their message board sucks ass.

And any site that advertises a hacked weapon like the Dark ones (the DNA Olga Flow drops) Isn't worth my respect.

That's not advertising. It's there for information purposes.

I agree with Benoit on this one. While I have long ago discontinued used to te rather pathetic boards there i do occasionally check the databases and find them very useful. and as benoit said, its there for information purposes. Id rather have info there on say a hacked weapon such as the DNA weapons, than not have it for the purpose of being able to use it in some way

Come on! On PSO Quest, you could search a weapon by weapon type, with nice, full picture right there, instead of wading through a droplist to find a a horrible screenshot where you could barely even see the item.

I don't think they had findings for them either...

Yes they did.
...How often did you visit the site? Lots of the problems that you speak of were either fixed or non-existant.
Not often at all. Barely ever. I didn't like it all that much.

Unfortunately PSO Quest is gone...
Also, it seems that PSOW didn't put very much thought into their database layout.
You can't go BLUEFULL-> Shields-> Ultimate and see the results. Instead, you have to wade through all BLUEFULL finds, from normal to Ultimate difficulties, to find what you're looking for.
This defeats the purpose of looking for shields on a section ID specific findings list, because unless you recognize a name, you won't know it's a shield. Instead, now you have to look into the shields section, click on the link and see if your ID can drop it. Very inefficient.
I miss PSO Quest. They were supposed to open again in July, but they haven't. I'm afraid that they're gone for good.

[Edit by Siren on [TIME]1093281180[/TIME]]

PSO is more than likely to be the good chose for the domain name. Just have better info than pso world or quest. oh yeah, a good number of old websites, or older versions of current websites can be found here, even pso quest. If ya need to get some information from it.

I think that a new PSO site will be wonderful, specially with the people here helping. It will become the very **BEST** site around, trust me!
Hugs!
Xavier

P.S. Missagh, make it a ep 3 site! We can plan a PScave ep 3 tournament

You can't forget ep. 1&2! ;)

You can't go BLUEFULL-> Shields-> Ultimate and see the results. Instead, you have to wade through all BLUEFULL finds, from normal to Ultimate difficulties, to find what you're looking for.

Well, there is an easier way. If you go to the weapon findings section, pick shields, then pick the shield that you want, it will tell you if you can find, what difficulty, and from what enemy. Pretty useful.

I like the idea of a PSOEp3 only site. You can specialise and get a lot of traffic. There is no current PSOEp3 site I can find.
Personally, I preferred PSOQuest, I found it easier to get around and plus, it wasn't banned by my school. Plus, the Drop Charts you could find on PSOQ were so useful to me.

If it is a PSO site then it should have all PSO titles not just Ep III it should have I & II, III and all future PSO titles.
