I can't believe that it has been so long since the forum closed, but it's a nice update, excellent work Missagh..

I wasn't a very active poster on this forum during the last months, but I read a lot. I hope that I will see a lot of familar faces who now has returned to this awesome site about one of the greatest RPG series.

I have to say I missed the real PS community we had going. I joined many teams in my BB days and through my time in PSU and though i finally found a good group to hang with online I always measured them by what we had going.

I hope a new gen comes in soon and takes over. Because I for one an getting quite swamped with life, and without a lot of the old crew here, I don't have much desire to participate very actively.

I lurked around here a bit back when the old boards were up. I used to be far too shy to post on BBSes, but I'm a lot more confident now. Gaia and the chans toughened me up.

Well, I think that the regulars and lurkers will be the first to return. The Phantasy Star community--not just PS Cave-- has certainly deteriorated in the last couple years. It will take time to return. However, thanks to the advent of emulators and ROMs, anybody with the desire can play the games. I mean, the community will feed itself. If there is a supportive community with plenty of resources, then of course we will get more members. I think that supportive community, for the time being, may have to consist of old regulars.
