Laying around is good for sure, especially if you've been on your feet a long time. But it's usually worth it if you're wandering around the middle of nowhere.

Being in my room most of the time, and after a friend came round i never moved my gamer chair back into my bedroom, so i just lay on my bad when on my laptop or ps3

Heh, lucky sod. If I'm ever playing on the wii (or feel 'retro' enough to plug in my PS2 ) I have to make do with sitting on the floor. As for the PC, I have to make do with this rigid wooden chair I'm sitting in now. I really need to buy a new chair. *groans*


Anyway, in keeping with the thread; lately I've just been thinking about the 6 day hike I hope to take in a week or two. I pulled my pack out of the wardrobe again and went over what was inside and what I had to get packed yet. I'm leaving the rest until my food and stuff is together and ready to pack so I sharpened my knife (cutting my finger in the process) and checked the route again.
While I doubt I'll ever have to use the knife this time, being that I'm taking plenty food this time and there aren't any rabbits and such to catch in the area, it's kind of a lucky charm of sorts so I take it when I'm out on long trips.

I'm a pretty avid photographer too and I always take my camera with me no matter how far I go so I'll be sure to post some photos of the trip when I get back if that takes anyone's fancy.

To be honest, I'm not good at relationships. But as a friend of mine who's 17 says, when your 14 they're a little pointless, wont last long and will never amount to anything serious.

I'm finally burned out.

I quit my job today after uploading grades, having done an exam yesterday (that gave me a final grade of 82) and sending several documents I had translated.

I'm mentally exhausted. The toll of these 9 months of stress has been way too much for me to keep on going as if nothing happened.

Most of my pasttimes were put on hold. Things like going out with my friends, going to the movies, drawing, watchin animation at my leisure, playing games (in a lesser grade, but I still couldn't enjoy the ones I liked the most because of time) and necessary things like repairing things around the house.

The problem is, that after all this time stressed out, I can't just "get off the train" and enjoy myself. I steel feel like I have to push something, even if I don't have more assignments that are obligatory.

Do you have any recommendations to unwind?

I think a good jog would be good. Or maybe playing a game you're really good at that demands dexterity so you can have fun 'owning' stuff left and right.

Well basically, Thoul/Tool started to issue Dreamer/Tsunami warnings over her posting about that Twilight novelist. They're only opinions of someone's work, but Tool reckons she's trying to flame the site and so he gave her crap for it.

I caught wind of what went down and said openly to Thoul what a complete muppet he was being, so he deleted my criticism because criticising admins goes against his precious little guidelines. I told him to fuck off afterwards.

It's Anger time...

This evening a friend dragged me out of my bed, room, house and into his for a "videogame party".

He invited a bunch of friends, among them some women. It was all fun and games, until we went to buy some drinks. Common carbonated drinks and stuff, until I noticed I forgot my wallet.

I went back to pick it up, and noticed one of the women snooping around my PSP along two of them and one who noticed me opening the door.

I noticed she had a worried face and checked what they were doing with my PSP, They were going through my personal files. Photos, music, videos, games, and MY PORN. Yes, I keep porn in my PSP's memory stick. It's not like I lend it to anyone, so WHY THE FRAK NOT!? It's mine after all!
