Gens+. Wa-taa. Basically a somewhat souped-up version of an emu like KEGA or GENS, though it lacks the ability to dump sound from game gear or SMS games.

I have to be honest, I have not had any such trouble with my ROM, though the Smash Pack (PC) version of PS2 never did work well -- the Smash Pack would reset itself after about five to fifteen minutes of playing any of the games.

Thanks for all the help. I use Kega fusion and it works just fine now.
