no, i think its just gc game will work on gc2. because if they do it the other way, then the designers will have added nothing, also, its for security reasons, so ppl dont burn disks.

If that would be possible, we wouldn't even need to buy GameCube 2 consoles. :p GameCube can't have hardware that's going to be in the next console. This is not the handheld market (GB / GBC).

We don't know for sure yet when the GameCube 2 will be coming out, and since it will be backwards compatible, there's still the option to make GameCube games.

That's because they immediatly saw that CDs were the future (CD-DVD), those 'cards' were expensive to make and they were cut out on alot of 'all-system games' such as Harry Potter, Spiderman the Movie, etc. etc. those game...
