New Reshel, rebuilt after Dark Force is beaten in Garuberk Tower
Shortly after you have beaten Dark Force for the second time (he is very persistent in this adventure), the survivors of the illness which spread over Reshel return here to rebuild it. Although not every house is renovated yet, you will find an armor shop with the best protective items that money can buy.
OK, laconian items were hard to find in Phantasy Star I, so we are lucky indeed, that this time they can be bought in shops. But for these prices (we mentioned the millionaires, didn't we)?
