Thats incorrect the Dreamcast vram is totaled at 8mb while the PS2' reaches 4mb.

Ah, yes, Dreamcast indeed has 8 MB VRAM. BUT it still had compression, which pushed the limit to 26/28 MB of VRAM.

And while it takes longer for the PS2 to load ten times the amount of graphics that the dremcast of which can only produce about a third of.

That's not true. Dreamcast has way more VRAM in reality. PSO could never run on it, and neither would Lodoss War.

And even if the PS2 doesn't have anti aliasing (which really doesn't bother me)

Thanks for providing that point, which is also a big downside for the PS2 for many people. Games look less good because of this as well.

it's still able to produce some of the best looking games I have ever seen. Silent hill 2&3, Final Fantasy X, Kingdom Hearts and Gran Turismo 3 just to name a few blow the Dreamcast out of the water.

I have seen those games, and you must be biased because they don't look better than Dreamcast games at all.
Dreamcast's potential also hasn't been reached yet, even not with Shenmue II. I bet you would have said that Shenmue had made it reach the limits if Shenmue II didn't come out. Remember, the Dreamcast was only in the half of its lifespan.
May I also remind you that the latest games cause the PS2 to work overtime and heat it up quite much? I'm not talking bollocks, the latest games do that.
The Dreamcast doesn't.
